AI training policy
Edio does not use user videos, uploaded assets, messages, comments, project metadata, or review activity to train AI models.
Data sharing policy
Edio does not sell or share private user data with advertisers or external third parties.
We only use trusted service providers when required to operate the product, such as hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, and payments.
Email and identity privacy
User email addresses are only shown where necessary for project ownership, invitations, admin controls, or account management. Regular collaborators and reviewers should not see unnecessary personal information.
User control
Users can request deletion of account data, projects, and uploaded content. Project owners can manage team access and remove collaborators.
Video storage and access
Videos are stored securely within India.
Only authorized project members or people with valid review access can view videos.
Edio team members cannot casually view customer content. Internal access is restricted and only used for support, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
