• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Roles on Edio

Edio supports multiple user roles, including but not limited to YouTubers and Editors. Permissions and access levels vary by role and project.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (videos, assets, comments, messages, etc.).
• By uploading content, you grant Edio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display the content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Edio does not claim ownership over your content.

6. Collaboration and Versioning

Edio enables collaborative workflows such as version control, timeline-based comments, chat, and task management. You acknowledge that collaborators you invite may view and modify shared project content according to assigned permissions.

7. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

• Certain features may require payment or subscription.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• We may modify pricing with prior notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
